Royce Price, Real Estate Broker of Royce Realty, is a native Houstonian with real estate experience in the Houston Area since 1990 and broker of record for Royce Mortgage since 1999.  His experience in the real estate industry exceeds the standards for real estate services. He has shared his knowledge by teaching at the Houston Community College in Houston and Champions School of Real Estate in Texas and shows his passion for individual growth by providing his agents with all the tools necessary to exceed in the real estate industry.

Royce currently holds a CREI (Certified Real Estate Instructor) Designation issued by the Texas Real Estate Teacher's Association.

Royce Realty currently sponsors over 45 diverse agents speaking 17 different languages who cover real estate in Harris, Fort Bend, Brazoria, Galveston, Montgomery and Waller counties. Royce's attitude toward growth and diversity provides his agents with the current real estate tools to serve buyers, sellers and investors in Houston and its surrounding areas.
 
In 2008, Royce Price attained his designation as a Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS). This certification distinguishes individuals who have hands-on experience in international real estate transactions and completed intensive study. The critical aspects of transnational transactions, including currency and exchange rate issues, cross-cultural relationships, regional market conditions, investment performance and tax issues are focuses of this auspicious designation.

Judy Price, Real Estate Broker and National Mortgage Loan Orginator, works with buyers to pre-qualify, approve, close and fund mortgages that meet the borrowers’ specific financial needs. Her extensive experience include prime, sub-prime, construction, new home construction, jumbo and commercial loans. Her experience as a real estate and mortgage instructor supports the vision of Royce Realty.

As educators, Royce and Judy frequently conducts seminars and educational classes on appraisals, reverse mortgages, real estate IRAs, tax and estate planning, wills and probate, and many more subjects of interest to individuals who wish to increase their knowledge of financial opportunities in and outside of the world of real estate.
